Cabarete Life Coaching

Many people turn to coaches of all sorts to maximize their enjoyment or potential to experience in many aspects of life, sports, arts, drama, voice.
Why? Professional coaches know how to bring out the champion in all of us. Exactly the same thing happens in life coaching, the partnership of coach and client produces personal and professional potential.

A coaching session takes place either in person or by phone/Skype and lasts about an hour. Each session begins with a clear agenda for what you wish to explore and ends with a new openness, clarity and sense of freedom.

Clients may expect to experience freedom to move away from self limiting issues such as procrastination, low energy, poor self care, relationship struggles and confusion.

Clients can expect to move towards life affirming freedom to experience goals, energy, self-care the love you want, results, action time, joy and dreams fulfilled.

“Hold fast to dreams for if dreams die life is a a broken winged bird that cannot fly”

-  Langston Hughes

During this week, coaches around the world offer a variety of activities and pro bono services in their local communities to share coaching’s impact. From educational sessions to coaching demonstrations to panel discussions, ICW offers something for everyone. Originally started in 1999 by ICF Member Jerri N. Udelson, MCC, ICW educates the public about the value of working with a professional coach and acknowledges the results and progress made through the coaching process.
